AGREEMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY

Coaching agreement

Congratulations on your decision to improve your health by joining Sustainable Fitness. With the help of your coach, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and more sustainably. The education you will learn during these training sessions can be used for a lifetime. In order to maximize progress, it will be necessary for you to follow program guidelines as prescribed. Remember, exercise and healthy eating are EQUALLY important! It is essential that all clients are truthful in all information provided to their coach to allow for appropriate scheduling.


Coaching terms & Conditions:


1. Video base coaching sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of that weeks session unless an agreement can be made on a time to reschedule the session that suits both parties.
2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
3. No coaching session refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions. Unless prior agreement is made with your coach.

Cancellations / Refunds


Due to the amount of content provided on sign up, plans cannot be cancelled in the first 8 weeks (unless arranged prior to sign up). This is so that Sustainable Fitness does not incur any loss due to already providing clients with its content. Cancellation can be completed any time after the 8-week period but must be given 2- weeks in advance. E.g. Notification can be given on the 6th week to cancel at the 8 week minimum. Cancellation will take place 2 weeks after confirmation is received. Client will still have access to all content and platforms till their final paid week has come to an end. Once cancellation is completed client will no longer have access to any of Sustainable Fitness’ platforms, including and not limited to, coaching tools, training programs, tracking software.
Refunds for coaching packages and coaching services are not available if the service has already been provided, unless Sustainable Fitness breaches the terms and conditions or a consumer guarantee.
If the service has not being provided then the client may enter negotiations with Sustainable Fitness as to why they believe they require a refund.
All personal information including and not limited to progress photos, measurements and results will be destroyed at clients request.
One off training programs are a one off cost and do not need to be cancelled. However, as clients will already have access to the requested length of Sustainable Fitness programming there can be no refund given.
Upon cancellation of any of Sustainable Fitness’ services, the client may not copy, reproduce, sell, gift or reuse any Sustainable Fitness content.
