These fads can be really damaging to an individual’s mindset, as they are designed to give short sharp fast results which like with any up, there is always a down, this downside being a mental and physical relapse, often putting you back to where you were before you started and damaging our mindset along the way.


We can't stress enough how important it is for the mind and the body to have consistency, we need to be realistic with what we can achieve by giving our goals a realistic time frame so that we can put a plan in place to achieve them, while still operating our busy day to day lives. Once a realistic balance is found you will find your productivity in all areas will benefit, from your fitness and career, through to your family life.
